  1. Season the chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Add rice, broth, cream, and thyme. Stir once and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Cover, reduce heat to low, and cook for 18 to 20 minutes until the rice is tender.
  6. Rest for 5 minutes, fluff gently, and finish with parsley.
