Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Heat oven or smoker to 275°F and remove the membrane from the ribs.
- Combine dry seasonings and rub over both sides.
- Wrap ribs in foil and cook for 2 1/2 hours.
- Mix barbecue sauce with vinegar, unwrap ribs and brush generously.
- Cook uncovered for 20–30 minutes until sticky and caramelized.
