Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Heat oven or smoker to 275°F and remove the membrane from the ribs.
  2. Combine dry seasonings and rub over both sides.
  3. Wrap ribs in foil and cook for 2 1/2 hours.
  4. Mix barbecue sauce with vinegar, unwrap ribs and brush generously.
  5. Cook uncovered for 20–30 minutes until sticky and caramelized.
