Welcome to Savora America
Good food, family tables and the stories behind every dish.
Our Story
Savora America started at home, around the family table. We are not professional chefs. We are a family that has loved cooking for years, and that has always been curious about where our favorite dishes come from and why they taste the way they do.
For us, food is culture. A pot of gumbo tells a story about New Orleans. A Cuban sandwich carries the history of Miami and Tampa. An Argentine milanesa or a Sunday asado brings back memories of long family meals. We created this site to share that love for culinary culture and to make those dishes easy to cook in any home kitchen.
What You’ll Find Here
- American classics: Southern fried chicken, pot roast, mac and cheese, peach cobbler and the comfort food that brings people together.
- Latin American favorites: Cuban, Argentine and other Latin recipes, including a full Spanish section for Spanish-speaking families.
- Practical details: clear ingredients, step-by-step instructions, helpful tips and an estimated cost per serving, so you can plan meals that fit your budget.
Our Approach
We keep our recipes simple and realistic. We use ingredients you can find at any American supermarket, explain the steps in plain language, and point out the small details that make a big difference, like how to get a crisp crust or keep chicken juicy.
