Ingredients
- 2 lb green beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1½ cups milk
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1½ cups crispy fried onions
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°F. Blanch green beans 4 minutes, then drain.
- Cook mushrooms in butter until browned. Stir in flour for 1 minute.
