- 1 bone-in turkey breast, 5–6 lb
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
- 1 tbsp chopped thyme
- 1 tsp kosher salt

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°F. Pat the turkey breast very dry.
- Mix butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
