  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 12 oz rotini
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup cheddar

  1. Brown beef in a deep skillet.
  2. Drain excess fat and add seasoning.
  3. Add pasta tomatoes beans corn and broth.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Cover and simmer 12 to 14 minutes.
