Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins about 2 lb
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp Dijon
