Ingredients
- 12 oz rotini
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta until tender, then drain and rinse under cool water.
- In a large bowl, combine tuna, peas, celery, mayonnaise, sour cream, and lemon juice.
- Add cooled pasta and toss until coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill until ready to serve.
Tips for the best results
Cook the pasta just to al dente, salt the pasta water well, and save a little pasta water to loosen the sauce if needed. Fresh herbs and Parmesan can add even more flavor at the end.
