Ingredients
- 3 lb split chicken wings
- 1 tbsp aluminum-free baking powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup cayenne hot sauce
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp honey
- Celery and ranch for serving
Instructions
- Pat wings extremely dry
- Toss with baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and pepper
- Arrange on a wire rack over a sheet pan
- Refrigerate uncovered 1 hour if time allows
- Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes
- Flip and bake 20 to 25 minutes until crisp
- Whisk hot sauce, melted butter, and honey
- Toss hot wings in sauce and serve
