Ingredients

  • 12 thin slices cooked ham
  • 1 can (14 oz/400 g) hearts of palm, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Black pepper
  • Chopped parsley

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon and a pinch of pepper to make salsa golf.
  2. Pat the hearts of palm completely dry and cut them to the width of the ham slices.
  3. Spread each ham slice with a very thin layer of sauce.
  4. Place a heart of palm at one end and roll firmly.
  5. Arrange seam-side down, garnish with sauce and parsley, and refrigerate until serving.
