Ingredients
- 3 lb boneless turkey breast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Heat smoker to 275°F. Rub turkey with oil, salt, pepper and thyme.
- Smoke until the thickest part reaches 145°F.
- Whisk cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce and vinegar.
- Brush turkey with glaze and continue smoking to 165°F.
- Rest 15 minutes before slicing.
