Ingredients

  • 3 lb boneless turkey breast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Heat smoker to 275°F. Rub turkey with oil, salt, pepper and thyme.
  2. Smoke until the thickest part reaches 145°F.
  3. Whisk cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce and vinegar.
  4. Brush turkey with glaze and continue smoking to 165°F.
  5. Rest 15 minutes before slicing.
